CODE LYOKO: RETURN TO THE PAST NOW: EPISODES 11 AND 12: DO ANDROIDS DREAM OF PINK HAIRED SHEEP?

So far we seen it hack machines and bond it's spectre with energy, But now we see it's new ability: Possession of living creatures. It possesses a rat which bites another to spread the Program on a viral Level. Soon, Xana has infected all the other rats that it has amassed an army

This is an episode centred around Jeremie. It's the day of the Standardized Testing and he is asked to stay behind. when his friends ask if he flunked. Jeremie reveals it's quite the opposite. He passed with flying colours and now tonight he must take an aptitude test with the school headshrinker to confirm if he is a genius, if he is being shipped to a school for the gifted, and the mission to Lyoko is over.
later that night, Jeremie takes the test with Dr Simon, as the other boarders have supper. A xana-rat chews through wires causing a blackout, and the rats crawl through the ceiling to ambush the humans.
however the test must continue. Jeremie calls Yumi, whom he has being teaching the basics of the Super Calculator to, to Virtualise the boys after they get the students and teachers to the safety of the rooftops. however with a bad connection and a shrink with PTSD, it's not looking good for Jeremie. worse still Yumi Virtualises odd and Ulrich on the other side of the Desert Zone! what was supposed to be a milk run from one tower to another has become a disaster!

BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!
ACT NOW AND NOT ONLY DO WE GIVE YOU 2 KRABBES, BUT AWE ALSO THROW IN A GRAVITY SIMULATOR THAT LITERALLY TURNS PLATEAUS ON THEIR ASSES! OUR OPERATORS ARE STANDING BY!

Despite Traversing at a 90 degrees Angle, Aelita deactivates the tower as soon as the rats climb trees to attack freezing them in mid air. hold on,since they are not machine wouldn't they not continue the attack since without control their base instinct will take back control?

Episode 12-Swarming attack is an Ulrich x Yumi episode. Ulrich is sent a mysterious love letter by Yumi-Long story short, it's a joke by Sissi, and Ulrich's Public confession of his not so private feelingsmesses with his game on the Mountain zone, where on both worlds, Xana's gambit consists of using a Bee weapon-but not any bee weapon...

But it takes Yumi friend-zoning Ulrich hard to snap him out of it...a statement that will target Yumi and Ulrich hard in an attack later!

I'm Ignoring Episode 9, because it's the "Bad Science" episode where XANA gets control of a  satellite with a  Death Laser! Where the Sound of it Charging can be heard deep in the VACCUUM OF SPACE! And Odd and Yumi can dodge the shots coming at the speed of light!

..and a stupid subplot where xana calls every phone in the school and they confiscated...which is fine it this was any other school, not a boarding school where most, if not all, and I'm not just talking about our main cast are from other countries! So lets focus on the very 1st dark episodes-Girl of the Dreams, (or The Girl of his dreams, as the hd re-release on Youtube calls it!)


It's here that Jeremie's obsession with Aelita's Realization takes a dark and frightening turn...one that will put a total stranger in mortal peril!


Given that the enemy has Realization powers and the only time the Warriors were even close was when their Dumbass choked on a sweetie (TRUE STORY!), Jeremie has being experimenting around the clock. How do we know this, well Odd comes in and tells Jeremie he's going to miss class "again". As Jeremie leaves, he launches a new program. Meanwhile on Lyoko's Mountain Zone, something "Evil Dead's" Aelita from behind, her scream causing a black screen!


In the Real world, Ulrich is helping Yumi move a project for show and tell. when they leave, the Juniour Reporter sneak in to look at what it is-A samurai Armour-Your Instrument of Terror this episode.

Meanwhile Mr Delmas introduces a new girl to Jeremie's class-Taelia, a girl who looks and sounds a lot like Aelita-hell, her name is a deliberate misspelling of Thalia and an obvious Anagram-assuming Taelia is Aelita she soon brushes off the boys when questions about her parents comes up!


Not taking no for an answer, Jeremie himself goes to do a search for Aelita on Lyoko-if Aelita is not there, then Taelia must have amnesia like Ulrich Suggested-one search and Aelita is not contacting him, so he is convinced her has done it!





Yumi's Samurai gets controlled by XANA, And it attacks Jim with a sword...that was bought to a high school...in 2003...in post 9/11 and columbine France...by a Goth...whose has being bullied by the daughter of principal...who is a racist!


Wow....I TOLD YOU THIS EPISODE IS DARK!


Jeremie's so adamant that Taelia is Aelita, he's on Borderline "NICE GUY!" levels so he kidnaps this girl when the samurai targets Jeremie when he bursts into Taelia's room like a crazy person!


The two run to the factory where Jeremie intends to "jog her memory." Yumi is talking to detectives about the stolen armour. In the factory, Jeremie is taken aback on how cold "Aelita " is about Lyoko, but he's too lovestruck to see sense, until Odd and Ulrich convinces him make sure, Seeing Humans turned into pure data before her eyes, makes Taelia turn tail and run.


On Lyoko, Odd has a future flash of Aelita in a Guardian. Yumi exits the principal's office as Taelia enters. Sure enough Taelia brings Delmas, Jim and the detectives to the factory. Worst still, Jeremie has located the Red tower in different zone, Without Aelita, zone to zone travel is impossible, more impossible, Guardians can only be destroyed by Using Creativity to clone a Replika-sorry replica of it's prisoner. Yumi is ambushed by her own armour!


Jeremie has wrote a basic program for imitating anyone with clones (and I'm sure, you won't be using this program to cover up and make worse an illegal action you did in Season 3!) and frees Aelita who travels to the Forest zone to Deactivate the tower and Return to the past as the police drags Jeremie out...Turns out Taelia was defensive about her past because she was an orphan...is never mentioned of ever again!

Code Lyoko: Episodes 7-8: Artificial Stupidity

You'll Recall last episode, Yumi fell into the Digital Sea and Jeremie used an one-shot Realization Program Odd created by accident to return her at the end of the episode,
Right?...
 Well to pick up where we left off, in this episode, "Image Problem", XANA fakes an attack so Aelita is in the tower when she hears Yumi being "kidnapped. Sensing something is wrong, Jeremie realizes Yumi, whom he finds in the the Scanner unconscious. The boys brings Yumi to the infirmary, where alone with the Nurse, Yumi attacks her.



Something is up with Yumi, she is not eating, wants to go to the factory, even tolerates, and encourages Sissi. She even attacks Mr Delmas when he punishes Yumi for attacking the nurse. When the Principal says she is being reported to her parents, Yumi attacks him, repeatedly shouting " Not My Parents! " as the Mark of Xana glows on her forehead, that's no Yumi, it's a clone of Yumi.



On Lyoko's Ice Zone, Aelita spots a Guardian.

 Don't feel too bad if you don't remember this monster, its a big orange ball, that serves as a jail.



Jeremie is further convinced something is wrong when "Yumi" flirts with him, causing dissension with the boys, leaving the dorm, they don't notice Yumi didn't leave, so when they return, the equipment is destroyed. Suspecting Yumi, they and the clone head towards the factory, where Yumi-Clone uses Unnatural Strength to destroy the scanner room with her bare hands. On Lyoko Aelita uses her Creativity to create a clone of Yumi. Telling Ulrich to stab her offscreen to return her to the real world, to face her doppelganger. Aelita does her thing and the return to the past, at least it proves that Realization is possible and so this Episode ends with Yumi flirting with Jeremie as a joke.



Episode 8, End Of Take, is a filler episode homage to Alien, Where a Ripley Scott stand in wants to film in the factory, So Ulrich (with help from Sissi, who wants to break Hollywood) gets a go-for job to protect the factory. Xana possesses the Animorphic Alien, and a Xenomorph would fit in on Code Lyoko, his forehead is normal sized compared to Yumi's!

There, I made a Big Forehead joke about Code lyoko, can we move on now?

The only thing of merit in this episode... Yumi and Ulrich are killed by Xana!



On Lyoko, Xana clones a red tower and Aelita must choose the right one...which she doesn't, leading to the alien to choke them to death...until Xana itself boots the return to the past. After the return trip Ulrich lies about the factory being used in a sci fi film before to Not-Ripley who promptly leaves!



Clearly 8 episodes in and we have more questions than answers.
