At the Factory Franz Tells The Heroes the scanners were not ready for live test subjects, as they cause Cell Degeneration. Sure Enough Yumi has Canc-"CELL DEGENERATION" This causes Upset, Guilt, dissension and a lot of sleepless nights.
The Next day Franz tells the Warriors he found Anti Virus data and wants the team to explore Sector 5, Jeremie Points out Franz Contradiction of using the scanners and him able to deactivate towers without being Virtualized! But Franz calls Jeremie "The sorcerer's apprentice"....A precocious rookie who let XANA Destroy his Diary!

Upset, Jeremie calls his father to enroll him into the school for the gifted.
As Yumi, Odd and Ulrich are Directly Transported, Jeremie finds something up with Franz, You'd remember that Jeremie was possessed by XANA and made to destroy Franz's Cd-ROM Diary, but only destroyed the box. He would only know about the details of the attack, wrong as it was, if he Virtualised to remember the events after the Return Trip,...OR IF HE WAS XANA!
On Lyoko XANA/FRANZ has upgraded the 3 heroes with Weapon Buffs, Homing darts for Odd, Projectiles for Ulrich's Katana and a multihit function for Yumi's fans, Before Aelita is virtualised, Jeremie sneaks up to her with a plan. The Buffs are nothing more than a Trojan Horse, and the heroes lose their weapons, feel real pain and they can't realize home. Aelita is stuck in the desert with the Sycozoa.
Though Weakened, our heroes are Down But not Out. Yumi and Ulrich are trained Martial Artists and Odd has a comedy boxing match with a Kreeper, Adding a Dusty Rhodes Style Flip flop and Fly to the mix. The Sycozoa absorbs Aelita, except it a trojan Horse of Jeremie's own. A Virus that messes up the Hentai Monster, It's false info on face value, Just like Yumi's Cell Degeneration.
With Xana Gone Jeremie is back in the wheel and heals his friends after Ulrich is destroyed, but he's back in Earth. Good thing too as Xana Returns as a spectre to possess Jeremie and suffocates him from the inside. Ulrich takes control and Aelita deactivates the tower to save him. And so Jeremie Apologizes to his father and tells him he's staying with his friends!
More Franz Shenanigans In Episode 50: CONTACT!
Jeremie is stressed out so the others invite him and Aelita to the screening of Odd's film, Which turns out to be a joke at Sissi's expense! When she confronts Odd she gets Possessed by a Spectre though instead of attacking she just speaks in tongues. But The Alarm didn't go off on Jeremie's Laptop, there are no Red Towers On Lyoko!
That Night, A possessed Sissi Breaks into the Boys Dorm and Writes Jeremie an Algorithm something that shocks Jeremie since Sissi has all the depth of a shot-glass!
Putting the Algorithm into the Supercomputer It's revealed that Sissi was saying one Phrase Backwards over and Over "LET ME HELP YOU!". Yumi and Odd Kidnap Sissi from the hospital, While Aelita and Ulrich do Recon on the Forest Zone and see's a White Tower, like it's in control by a 3rd Party and 2 MetaTanks attacking it! Xana has activated a Red Tower on The Ice Zone, And possessed Sissi's Doctor, but Odd uses a Defibrillator to knock her out.
Aelita and Ulrich split to protect the forest zone and Aelita goes to the ice zone. Bringing Sissi with them Odd and Yumi are followed by DR XANA. Sissi starts typing something into the supercomputer. One Metatank is Dispatched but another kill's Ulrich's avatar, Odd takes his place and Ulrich fights DR XANA when she breaks through.
Odd saves Aelita from an Ambush and deactivates the tower. Jeremie shows the others the message that Sissi had typed in full, revealing the identity of her possessor and of the white tower
